When we start living more closely to our default nature (or "factory settings"), we begin to see things differently. These things we see differently never actually changed; we changed. I help my clients connect these dots in ways that make sense for them, in their lives, on their time through incremental habit change.
Health and wellness is ultimately the quality of our most important tools: our bodies and our minds. When we increase the quality of our health and wellness, we increase the quality of our possibilities, our confidence, our resilience, our energy, our relationships, our resources, our community and our mindset. There is nothing in our lives that isn't touched by the state of our health and wellness.
I love working with creatives, introverts, sensitive people, military and restaurant people. I also have a special interest in people managing their depression and/or sobriety. I love to make people laugh and learn about what it is that makes them special and what drives them to be who they are. I have become a Health Coach to translate my struggles into a judgement-free space where empathy, understanding and transformation can be felt and ultimately experienced incrementally through our partnership.
Fun facts: I am also a military spouse, dog mom, Fine Arts graduate and almost 10 years clean and sober.
