Hello! I'm a health coach and yoga teacher. My approach to coaching is gentle, compassionate, and motivating. I help create a space where you will gain insight into unhealthy behaviors, find solutions to your unique challenges, and address deeply held limiting beliefs. Through a process of self-discovery, you are free to create the healthy, balanced lifestyle you desire and deserve.
My specialties include work-life balance, chronic pain management, and stress reduction. These are areas that I personally struggled with due to trauma from abuse, perfectionistic thinking, fibromyalgia, migraines, anxiety and depression, and other battles so many of us have to face. Through a combination of therapy, coaching, yoga, and a healthy lifestyle, I was able to move through my challenges and create a life I love. Today, I am grateful to have the opportunity to serve others and help my clients find their own unique version of health and wellness!
I also work with other healthcare professionals and help clients be their own advocate during doctor visits. If you were given a wellness plan by your doctor or practitioner and have no clue where to start, we can break the plan down into actionable steps and work towards your health goals.
All of my sessions are done virtually through HIPAA compliant Zoom. I offer one-on-one coaching, group coaching, private and group yoga classes, and self-paced content.
