I have been coaching since 2017, and board-certified since 2020.  I came to coaching after eight years of teaching school.  I was tired, stressed and constantly bloated.  By making many changes in my own life, I improved my health and I want to help others do the same.  Since coaching, I have helped clients find sleep again, ease digestive stress, lose weight and find balance between work and play.  This past June, I got married at the age of 43 for my first time.  With my new name, I rebranded my company to PAUSE Wellness Company.  PAUSE is a formula for a healthier life which I use with my clients.  I work with my clients one-on-one via zoom.
