PRIMARY SPECIALTY: SLEEP
Prior to becoming a Sleep & Well-being coach, I spent more than two decades working in and managing User eXperience design teams within technology organizations. My education in health & wellness coaching, coupled with my training in therapeutic yoga & meditation, is complimented by my personal experiences with insomnia, burnout, & chronic illness.
It's now my mission to help busy professionals like you learn to sleep better, so you can focus wherever you work, be present & engaged with your family at home, & still have energy left to pursue your personal passions. I especially have success with people who struggle with sleep due to stress & over-anxious minds.
My style is down-to-earth, practical, & often contrary to much of what people are pushing to solve insomnia. Sleep is a surrender, & it's time to stop working so hard at making it happen!
Teaching yoga has helped me love presenting. I've addressed audiences at HubSpot’s INBOUND conference in Boston, been a presenter for Blackboard’s Elevate virtual conference, and I regularly give corporate sleep & well-being webinars for businesses worldwide.
If I had a do-over in life I'd have been a writer. And, I'm honored to be featured in Entrepreneur magazine, Thrive Global, the World Sleep Society’s Healthier Sleep magazine, & the Boston Globe.
I live with my long-time boyfriend & two rambunctious felines.
