I have been in the health and wellness industry since she graduated college where I first began teaching classes. Shortly after that, I pursued her Personal Training certification and most recently my Health Coach and Fitness Nutrition Specialist certifications. My preferred formats for teaching and training are strength with a focus on balance, posture and core or a super fun HIIT class using full body exercises to get your heart rate up. I often involve multiple muscles in one move to make our time spent together super challenging and time effective. I often combines my time spent training my clients chatting with them about the wellness and nutrition goals. My years of experience and the expanse of my clients will ensure that you will be in great hands on your own personal health and wellness journey!
