I have been coaching since 2013 in general fitness, strength training, nutrition, and overall health. I work with adults from their 20s to their 70s, helping them create the lives they want. This empowering and exciting journey is what I love about working with clients as a health coach.
After my second daughter was born, I found myself overwhelmed with an unfulfilling desk job, a long and stressful commute, and two small children, I had lost sight of my self and the direction I wanted to be going. Through fitness and coaching, I found that taking incremental steps to re-introduce athletics and to prioritize mindfulness enabled me to enrich my life and change my profession. I am happy to be able to dedicate my professional life to guiding others through the process of change that is right for them in order to realize their optimal visions of health.
As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I partner with clients to explore and implement healthy lifestyle changes through self-directed, lasting steps that are aligned with their values. I am also an OPEX Fitness CCP coach, Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified nutrition coach and a CrossFit Level 2 trainer. I have been practicing Olympic weightlifting for 13 years and yoga for more than 25 years. I love exploring new physical pursuits and have become an avid tennis player. I am fortunate to enjoy many of these activities with my husband and two girls.
